Sangha means community in Sanskrit. Because, in a society where everything is moving faster and faster, this hotel concept aims to be open to others, well-being and serenity.
In Toulouse for 7 years, I particularly appreciate this city for the cachet of the pink brick, its atmosphere and its countless nuggets allowing everyone to find something for them. I invite you to embark with me on a responsible and committed multi-sensory journey that will delight your taste buds, your ears and your retinas!
It is above all a vegetarian/vegan restaurant working with organic, local and seasonal products and offering creative, colorful and above all gourmet home cooking.
It is also a tea room and a nap bar to take a break and recharge your batteries.
A great ecological and more humane alternative in the catering sector and for me one of the best restaurants in Toulouse with an unbeatable quality/price ratio!
Not far from Place Arnaud Bernard, this committed restaurant advocates a return to local, homemade cuisine, respect for seasonality and the recycling of waste. A refined and creative modern cuisine offering surprising and fine combinations in the mouth associated with quality service awaits you. I would not hesitate to set foot under the table!
This cultural and supportive place of life, located in the heart of the Rangueil – Saouzelong district, is designed as a friendly and warm second home. It offers an eclectic program: concert, theater, debate evenings… but also daytime activities to promote the exchange of knowledge and practices.
L'Astronef, I also go there for their no-frills cuisine but always local and sustainable, supporting committed producers in the region.
Gastronomes, lovers of cultural discoveries, other epicureans or simple explorers, embark on the Astronef!
One of my favorite places in Toulouse for Sunday brunch. The food is delicious, I love their coffees and the setting is worth the detour! Special mention for the swing chairs in the basement. The place is not very big, remember to book!
La Brewlangerie is an organic bakery and brewery with an innovative concept: super good beer bread and good beer with bread! I highly recommend the Chacha (chestnut bread ), their Babka choco and their cookies!
This is my favorite Sunday activity when I stay in Toulouse. Stock up on good food and take the opportunity to raid the food stands before settling down to enjoy it all on the church square while listening to the bands or along the Canal du Midi. If you go there, don't forget the Liège waffles! The best of your life!
If the day is right, take to the heights and go to the Pech David observatory for a new view of the city of Toulouse. Stay there until nightfall and admire a splendid sunset over the Pyrenees. In summer, you can even enjoy the guinguette located there.
A little corner of paradise south of Toulouse to forget the Toulouse heat for a moment. A beautiful escape in this rustic and no-frills guinguette run by volunteers and offering concerts on weekend evenings. Oh yes! Don't forget your swimsuit to cool off in Ariège.
Café Ginette is my go-to bar in the Minimes district: a bit popular, a bit trendy, a bit festive, a bit cozy, a bit of everything! With one goal: to try to prove that a bar/restaurant can be both accessible and responsible. And it works! The hardest part is finding a place there! Swing jams, DJ sets, concerts, quizzes, are all festive moments to share throughout the year.
