Recharge your batteries, take the time and give back to the essentials in a hotel in the heart of the city, that's the Sangha spirit.

Sangha means community in Sanskrit. Because, in a society where everything is moving faster and faster, this hotel concept aims to be open to others, well-being and serenity.

Edward

The Epicurean

Adopted by Toulouse, I love Toulouse for its good-natured, welcoming spirit and its little 'village' side. I'm sharing with you my favorite addresses for both sweet and savory beaks!

My culinary favorites

At Loustic's
Restaurant

This lovely little local restaurant gives pride of place to fresh, seasonal produce and is run by a very friendly team!

Short Circuit
Restaurant

Still in the St Cyprien district, another intimate restaurant that is worth the detour, for lunch and dinner, with excellent dishes and good advice on food and wine pairings.

Hito
Restaurant

Here, in this small restaurant near the Place des Salins, everything is precise and delicate: the welcome, the presentation of the dishes, the quality of the service and of course the tastes! Chef Hitoshi Araki serves creative cuisine with Japanese accents.

The Wallace
Cafe & Brasserie

For its terrace and its little morning coffee, on this emblematic square, calm in the morning and more lively in the afternoon and evening.

Cocoa Fages
Chocolatier

This chocolate shop, ranked among the ten best in France, combines tradition and modernity and has recently opened a shop dedicated to ice creams and cakes right next to their shop in St Cyprien.

Cacou
Coffee Shop & Flea Market

The ideal place for a good coffee and an excellent pastry for a break near the pretty Place Saint Aubin, where I recommend you go for a walk on Sunday for its very beautiful market!

The Flowers
Tea room

Iconic tea room in Toulouse, just a stone's throw from Place du Capitole, with a British tea time atmosphere with amazing crumbles and hot chocolates to die for. Ideal in winter for a cozy moment as well as in summer with its pretty terrace backing onto the fountain on Place Salengro.

A Little Cake
Pastry shop

In a small street, between the lively rue St Rome and the pretty Place de la Bourse, you will find this refined pastry shop where the cakes are presented like little jewels. Pastry chef Kayo Akiyama offers delicate pastries but also biscuits, chocolates and other travel cakes.

Takumi
Japanese Pastry

Attention fans of fluffy Japanese cheesecake and other Asian flavors such as matcha tea and black sesame, this pastry shop located on Place Wilson is definitely worth a visit!

Cyprien Bakery
Bakery Pastry

For me, the best chocolatines (or pains au chocolat as you like 😉 ) in Toulouse! Viennese pastries with perfect puff pastry, but also an excellent sourdough bread and pastries full of flavor for which I travel miles!

Welcome home to Sangha Toulouse!
